These terms apply to your use of StoreStatus Product Analytics. By installing the app you agree to them, and to Shopify's own terms for apps.
The service
StoreStatus provides analytics, scores and reports about your Shopify store. Estimates such as revenue lost to stockouts, forecasts and recommendations are calculated from your data and are guidance, not guarantees.
Plans and billing
The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is billed monthly through Shopify at the price shown in the app, after any free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your Shopify admin, and charges stop at the end of the billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, try to access other merchants' data, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Shopify's terms.
Availability
We work hard to keep StoreStatus running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, StoreStatus is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email.
